For our location in Küssnacht am Rigi / SZ we are looking for an independent, responsible and proactive Team Leader Maintenance & Facility 100% (a) in the industry as of August 1, 2025 or by agreement.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:

  • Implementation of process-oriented maintenance to ensure the availability, reliability and safety of the systems at all times
  • Managing and maintaining the CareOffice maintenance software
  • Collaborating with managers from various departments to provide technical support
  • Eliminating technical faults (production systems, cooling and heating systems, ventilation systems, transformers, water equipment and building technology)
  • New installations of production systems and infrastructure
  • Managing 1 employee / planning deployment and activities
  • Carrying out regular inspections and maintenance
  • Compliance with internally trained GMP and cleanroom specifications
  • Training staff on all changes to guidelines and procedures (hygiene, order, cleanliness, conduct, work instructions, keeping logbooks, etc.) 

Here is some of what you’ll need:

  • Completed basic training as a mechanic or similar in the technical field
  • Further training in the mechanical or electrical field
  • Several years of professional experience in maintenance in an industrial environment are a prerequisite
  • Ideally have a company electrician's license for in-house installation work (NIV Art. 15) or be willing to obtain one
  • Knowledge of maintenance software, ideally CareOffice, is an advantage
  • Precise and independent way of working
  • Quick comprehension / willingness to learn new things
  • Ability to work in a team, reliability and flexibility
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
